Returns:

You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returns. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to us unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

There are some items that we cannot take back, which is any part that has been installed, mounted, modified, or damaged.  Please look over the item closely before installation on the vehicle.

 

You should expect to receive your refund via Paypal within 10 business days of receipt of your returned package and once inspected for damages.

Shipping:

We will only ship to the Confirmed Shipping Address on your payment through PayPal.  We do not and will not ship to any other location even if asked.  All packages will require an adult signature at buyers address before delivery is made.  Inspect the package before signing for it.   DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITH VISIBLE DAMAGE!! Refuse to accept the package, if there is visual damage.  This puts the responsibility back on the shipping company and not on you.  We will not and cannot refund products that have been damaged in shipping and signed for by the customer.

 

In the event of damages that were not obvious from packaging, contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging, contents, and a written explanation of the damage.  We will then start a damage claim with the shipping company.  This is required by all carriers, they will not process a damage claim without it. No exceptions whatsoever. Once the claim is initiated, the carrier will retrieve and inspect the package and a replacement will be sent to you.

Warranty:

Your warranty lasts for one year from the delivery date of your item. It covers functionality problems that occur with the auto part as a result of manufacturing and/or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation; not using the included mounting hardware; by accidents or damage sustained after installation; by damage during shipping (a shipping claim must be filed if damage is found); or by negligence in maintaining the part after installation.

 

Shaffer Lens is not liable for any damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification of the product, shipping damage, accidents, neglect, or normal wear. Shaffer Lens is also not responsible for any charges for labor, inconveniences, or any other expenses that may be related to the installation or use of our parts.
